Context
As an organisation, Pernod Ricard was moving towards being truly consumer-centric. To achieve this, required the Insight function taking a leading role in this culture change, actively feeding into strategy, planning and activation.
Project
To help with the shift from a support to an elite function, Paraffin, an insight’s capabilities agency, were commissioned to lead two, week-long, off-site training sessions for the global Insight community at the stunning La Voisine. Our brief was twofold: design a coherent and inspiring learning journey and deliver fresh thinking on content creation and delivery of two of the weeks topics.
Result
An up-skilled, inspired, global insight team, united and motivated to deliver consumer-centricity for the organisation
