Context
With a tax being introduced on the sugar in drinks, Britvic Ireland were keen to get a jump start on how they could approach this from a category and innovation point of view. Brand development and innovation agency Haines McGregor were commissioned to provide guidance and inputs to guide innovation pipeline development.
Project
A series of qualitative sessions with consumers, followed by a cross-functional workshop took place to inform future actions and innovations for the brand.

Deciphering of this complex area, articulating of the key challenges, identification of future opportunities and delivery of actionable recommendations for the brand.
