About Me

Insight Specialist, Brand Consultant, Thinking Partner. The net summary of over 20 years across Advertising, Market Research, Branding and Innovation. A career born out of deep curiosity, a love for culture and connecting with people and a desire for them to be heard. Nothing makes my toes tingle more than seeing an organisation give people what they really want…or need.  A simple demand and supply equation really.

Experienced in both F2F and online methodologies, my passion lies in developing and utilising creative techniques to unearth deep consumer tensions and shine a spotlight on how these can be resolved to drive brand love, loyalty and growth.
